Privacy Policy

Last updated July 20, 2026

This Privacy Notice for Conter, Inc., doing business as Time Tiger ("Time Tiger," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:

Questions or concerns? Time Tiger is designed to work without an account and to collect as little about you as possible. Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@timetiger.co.

Summary of key points

This summary provides key points from our Privacy Notice, but you can find out more details about any of these topics by using the table of contents below to find the section you are looking for.

Do we require an account? No. Time Tiger has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up. We identify your device by an anonymous, randomly generated identifier rather than an email address or phone number.

What personal information do we process? Very little. We process the first name and age you provide during onboarding, the schedule and habit content you create in the app, an anonymous device identifier, usage analytics about how you use the app, and basic diagnostic information (such as crash reports). If you email us for support, we process your message and email address.

Do we process any sensitive personal information? No. When a habit uses a photo or screenshot check, the image is sent to our AI provider for an automated pass/fail judgment and is immediately discarded — it is never stored by us.

Do we collect information from third parties? No. We do not collect information about you from third parties.

How do we process your information? To operate and improve the app, sync and back up the content you create, understand how the app is used so we can improve it, evaluate photo checks you choose to submit, diagnose crashes, keep the Services secure, respond to your support requests, and comply with law. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How do we keep your information safe? We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

What are your rights? Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your information, including to access or delete it. You can delete the content you create directly in the app — including everything at once with Delete Account in the app's settings — or contact us at hello@timetiger.co.

1. What information do we collect?

Information you provide to us

In Short: We collect a first name and age you provide during onboarding, the content you create in the app, and any information you send us when you contact support.

Time Tiger does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide an email address or phone number to use it. The information we collect is:

Sensitive Information. We do not collect or process sensitive information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: We automatically collect an anonymous device identifier and basic diagnostic information when you use the app.

When you use the app, we automatically collect certain information that does not identify you by name:

Location Data. We do not collect your location. Time Tiger schedules and reminders are based on dates and times, not your physical location.

2. How do we process your information?

In Short: We process your information to operate and improve the app, sync the content you create, evaluate photo checks you submit, keep the Services secure, and respond to you.

We process your information for the following reasons:

We do not process your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information.

3. When and with whom do we share your information?

In Short: We share information only with the service providers that help us run the app, and in a few other limited situations described below.

Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us and require access to information to do that work. They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us, and we require them by contract to safeguard your information and to maintain a level of protection consistent with this Privacy Notice. The categories of service providers we rely on are:

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or ad networks.

We also may need to share your information in the following situations:

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In Short: The app does not use cookies, though it does use in-app usage analytics (see "What information do we collect?"). Our website does not use cookies, advertising, or analytics of any kind.

The Time Tiger app is a native mobile app and does not use cookies or similar web tracking technologies. It does use a third-party analytics provider to understand how the app is used, as described above — this is not advertising, and it is never used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our website at https://timetiger.co is a simple informational site that does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics of any kind, or web beacons, and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

5. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?

In Short: Yes — one optional feature uses AI to check a photo or screenshot you submit. The image is judged and immediately discarded; we keep the result of the check as part of your habit records.

Some habits in Time Tiger let you confirm completion by submitting a photo or screenshot — for example, the wake-up toothbrush challenge. When you choose to use one of these checks, we use a third-party AI service provider to evaluate the image.

Use of AI technologies

We provide this feature through Google (Google's Gemini models). When you submit an image for a check, the image and the prompt describing what to look for are sent to Google to generate an automated pass/fail result and a short reason. The image is used only to produce that result — it is immediately discarded and never stored by us. We do keep the result of the check as part of your habit records — see "How long do we keep your information?" We access Google's Gemini API as a paid customer, and under Google's API terms Google does not use the image or prompt you submit to train its models. You must not use this feature in any way that violates Google's applicable terms or policies. For more information about how Google handles data submitted to its AI services, see Google's privacy documentation. This is the only AI-based feature in the app, and it runs only when you choose to submit an image.

6. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep the content you create for as long as it is needed to provide the Services. You can permanently delete all of it with Delete Account in the app's settings. We do not retain the photos you submit for checks, but we do keep the results of those checks.

We keep the app content you create for as long as it is needed to provide the Services. When you delete a block or other individual item, it is marked as deleted and removed from active use, but a deletion record (which may include the item's content) may be retained in our backend for a period of time so that sync stays reliable across app reloads and reinstalls.

To delete everything at once, use Delete Account in the app's settings. This permanently deletes your profile, schedule, habits, and completion history from our servers and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app only removes the local copy of your data from your device; content synced to our backend is deleted when you use Delete Account, or on request at hello@timetiger.co.

After an account deletion, we retain a small amount of non-content data to prevent fraud and abuse: an anonymous record of the deletion, and logs of AI service usage. These records never include images.

Photos and screenshots submitted for a check are not retained — they are discarded immediately after the automated judgment. The result of the check is kept as part of your habit records, the same as the rest of your app content described above. Crash and diagnostic data is retained only for as long as it is useful to diagnose and fix problems, in line with our crash-reporting provider's retention practices. Usage analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's standard retention practices and is not kept indefinitely.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

In Short: We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the information we process. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to our backend is gated by the anonymous device authentication described in this notice. However, despite our safeguards, no method of electronic transmission over the Internet or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security and improperly access your information. You should access the Services within a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

Time Tiger is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@timetiger.co.

9. What are your privacy rights?

In Short: You can delete individual items or your entire account at any time directly in the app, and depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your information.

Because Time Tiger does not require an account and identifies your device only by an anonymous identifier, you are in direct control of most of your information:

Depending on your country, province, or state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@timetiger.co. Please note that because we intentionally do not collect information that identifies you personally, we may be unable to associate a request with any information in our systems, and may ask you for additional information to help locate it.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at hello@timetiger.co.

10. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Because we do not track you across websites or services, we do not need to respond to DNT signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

11. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have specific rights regarding access to and use of your personal information.

If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others — you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, to correct inaccuracies, to obtain a copy of it, or to delete it, subject to limits under applicable law.
